When you're done reviewing, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Subscribe". You'll then be able to select the list(s) you desire. When you're all done, you'll just click "Update Subscriptions" and begin receiving your e-mail subscriptions in the next few days. (Delivery will depend on which e-mail subscription(s) you choose.)
